You should also note: even the manufacturers do not stock every size of every shoe in their US warehouses. Any given shoe, depending on it's (lack of) popularity may actually have to be shipped in from the factory or cobbler in Europe, Australia, or Asia, which may create further delays in delivering your shoes. This is especially true of the smallest and largest sizes and widths. These shoes may also be subject to the Special-Order Only notes listed below. We will advise you if there will be an extended delay or additional cost for your order.

Selected Pointe Shoe models described on these pages are listed as:

• 'Limited In-Stock Availability' - which means we keep only a very limited range of sizes in-stock, and your particular size may need to be Special-Ordered
• 'Special-Order Only' - which means just that - we do not stock that model of shoe, but can order it from the manufacturer for you

Special Order Shoes: We will happily include your particular Special-Order brand and model of shoe in our weekly stock-orders, but please keep in mind:

• Special-Ordered shoes are NOT returnable for refund or exchange
• You should be VERY sure of the model and EXACT size of shoe you are ordering
• Special-Order shoes may have a higher price than the 'In-Stock' price listed on these pages
• All Special-Order shoes MUST be pre-paid
• In most cases, after we place your Special-Order, you cannot cancel it

Special Make-Up Shoes: Nearly all the manufacturers allow for 'special make-up' orders - shoes that are custom-built to your specifications, including (but not limited to) extra glue in the box, cut down heels, 1/4 sizes, specific vamp lengths, extra strong shanks, and much more - the possibilities are practically endless.

We will happily inquire for you with any of our manufacturers regarding availability, price, and time-frame for your particular requirements. We can make an inquiry without actually placing an order, but please keep in mind:

• Special Make-Up shoes will cost an additional $10.00 to $30.00 per pair, depending on the manufacturer
• It may take from several weeks to several months to receive your order
• Some manufacturers may require a minimum order quantity - 2 to 10 pairs, or more
• Special Make-Up shoes are NOT returnable for refund or exchange
• All Special Make-Up shoe orders MUST be pre-paid
• In most cases, after we place your Special Make-Up order, you cannot cancel it
