Bodice Pattern - We created a custom pattern with 8 pieces that we made from our Download - Ballet Bodice 6 Piece Pattern Adult. You could use any of our bodice patterns. 

Bodice & Plate Lace Embellishments - Many appliques were created from yardage of Fancy Lace - 52-inches Wide Metallic Corded Embroidered Silver on White. Another option is searching for "Applique - Silver Corded Lace" to see what we have in stock that would also work beautifully.
