Romantic Stretch Tutu Courses

Romantic Stretch Tutu Courses were developed for those who are interested in making tutus using stretch materials but want to preserve more of the polished, professional quality “look” than the stretch tutus and children’s tutus currently available on the market today.  You will make a beautiful, professional-quality Romantic tutu-skirt, attached to one of five choices of a stretch, leotard-style top.

Stretch fabric used in this class is a beautiful stretch velvet, offered in your choice of several colors. We offer three Level Two choices and two Level Three choices. All can be done with any of the three skirt options. 

Prerequisites: Each course will list specific prerequisites.

Cost INCLUDES the class, the teacher, and all fabrics and notions. Your bring own sewing machine and basic sewing supplies.

Please note, included course materials are not shipped. Your instructor will distribute them at your TutuSchool location.

To secure your spot(s), please choose and pay for each course you are taking as soon as possible. We can only hold spots for students who pay in full or pay a deposit. Simply filling out a Registration / Intent Form does not secure you a spot in class. We have limited space in each course so please don't delay.

  • Hotel reservations made by June 17th are eligible for discounted rates of $144-$165 per night. Rates  include free breakfast and parking.
  • Charlotte is served by Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, as well as by Amtrak. Our shop is conveniently located off I-77 and I-485.
  • Seminar participants must bring their own sewing machines and sewing supplies for class. See our What to Bring Checklist.
  • If you are arriving by airplane, you may choose to ship your items in advance to the hotel.
